Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://customtshirtstorefairfax.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Tora Custom reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes DTF Printing Shop, Custom T-Shirts, Rush T-Shirt Printing, Company Shirt Printing, Event Shirt Printing provided by Tora Custom. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Tora Custom or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Tora Custom reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Tora Custom makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Tora Custom's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Tora Custom from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in VA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
